The automated three-dimensional warehouse is mainly composed of high-rise shelves, AS/RS aisle stacking cranes, inbound and outbound conveyor systems, automation control systems, computer warehouse management systems, and surrounding equipment. It is a warehouse where modular items such as pallets or material boxes are automatically accessed and controlled. The shelves are standard sized storage spaces, and the aisle stacking crane passes through the aisle between the shelves. By using computer and barcode technology, unmanned automatic access to goods in the inventory area is achieved, and staff do not enter the storage area. The picking method of "goods to people" is adopted, and the storage area is automatically managed.
