1. The intersection of people and vehicles has a big hidden danger
In the old Minhang Industrial Base, the frequent interaction between people and vehicles in the factory area, especially the blind spot at the entrance and exit of the factory, has become a huge safety hazard. People and vehicles meet here, and a collision accident may occur if you are not careful, which brings a serious threat to production safety.

As an important handling tool in the industrial base, the drivers of forklifts face many blind spots when handling parts. Whether driving long distances in the shop floor or unloading goods outdoors, these blind spots can pose significant risks.
 
3.The environment is complex and easy to fatigue
In the fatigue and complex working environment, the safety hazards of the factory lanes are becoming increasingly prominent. Long hours of work and a stressful working atmosphere can also increase the probability of accidents.
 
4. There is a large flow of people and vehicles

After in-depth research and extensive investigation, it was decided to introduce an intelligent AI active pedestrian collision avoidance system to add a solid guarantee for the safe driving of road vehicles. 1. Three cameras to monitor the environment efficiently
The system is equipped with a high-definition pedestrian recognition camera in the front and rear of the forklift, each camera has a detection angle of up to 190°, and the system has three special collision avoidance zones: a warning zone, a warning zone and a speed limit zone. When a person approaches these three preset areas, the system immediately alerts them visually and audibly, and the driver receives a corresponding warning signal to remind them to take timely action to avoid a collision.
 
In addition, a camera is installed in the cab to monitor the driver's fatigue and other unsafe driving behaviors, such as smoking, using mobile phones, etc. This design is designed to ensure that the driver is operating the truck in the best possible condition and to reduce safety accidents caused by human factors.
 
2. AI timely warning to protect driving safety
The system combines AI technology with face recognition vision algorithms, which can accurately detect people around the vehicle and issue early warnings in time. Even in complex warehouse environments, drivers rely on this system to operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
Cameras mounted on forklift trucks monitor pedestrians in real time to improve the driver's viewing angle. When the forklift is close to a dangerous distance from a pedestrian, the system will automatically trigger a voice alarm to remind the driver to pay attention to avoidance. At the same time, the system will also send an alarm in advance according to the preset safety distance, so that the driver has enough time to react, so as to effectively improve driving safety.
